Mind-blowing owner who speaks good English and is always ready to help and chat. Super comfortable beds. Nice and quiet location near the lake. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Value for money!

I had a fantastic stay at Lake View Hotel & Travel. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to many interesting places. The room was cozy, with a cute balcony and a lovely view. The breakfast and coffee were simple but delicious, and there was always water available. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hostel was conveniently located near the water puppets theater and had a shared lounge. So glad I could watch puppets and chill with strangers.

The beds were so comfy, it was impossible to get out of them and explore Hanoi. How dare they make it so tempting to stay in!

The twin/double room at Lake View Hotel & Travel was amazing! I loved the private bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath. The room had a cozy feel with soundproof walls and a flat-screen TV. Plus, the city views were a bonus!

Personally, I found the air conditioning in the room a bit too cold. But, I understand that others might enjoy the cool temperature.

The private bathroom in our twin/double room was well-fitted, with a walk-in shower, a bath, a bidet, a hairdryer and even slippers. It felt like stepping into a luxury spa!

The twin/double room had a private entrance, making it feel like my own little oasis amidst the bustling city. The air-conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat outside, and the flat-screen TV with cable channels provided endless entertainment options. But the highlight for me was the walk-in shower in the private bathroom - it was like stepping into a rainforest, with plenty of space to relax and rejuvenate.

I had a really comfortable stay at Valley Boutique Hotel & Travel. The bed was comfortable, and I had the best sleep I've had in a while. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I felt safe and looked after. The location was also great, making it easy for me to explore the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The included breakfast was fantastic, with a nice variety of options to choose from. The owner of the hotel was incredibly friendly and sweet. She promptly addressed an issue with a neighboring guest smoking in their room and made sure to follow up to ensure my comfort. The bed and pillow were incredibly comfortable, the best I've experienced in Asia so far. The slippers provided were a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was only a block away from where I needed to be picked up for a tour. The room was equipped with a floor fan and a glass window that could be opened from the outside, offering some fresh air. The room was also quiet with no outside windows, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep.

Felt like a home away from home, couldn't ask for more.

I absolutely loved staying here! the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the old quarter and close to the lake. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the sheets were thick cotton. the owners were so gracious and accommodating, going above and beyond to help me out. They even set me up with a SIM card when I had an emergency back home. Plus, the free breakfast in the morning was delicious and there's always plenty of coffee.

The shared bathrooms could definitely use some improvement.
